Aren’t you sick of being a couch potato ?

WELL!!! Life has turned towards a lot of turns, if you are a student and living in 2021.

But do you know, what all those times spending on sitting in a place will do to you, whether you binge watch, sleep or doing homework, following your hobbies (such as : drawing, painting, etc.)

A potato is a “root” vegetable, so as long as you don’t grow actual roots into your mind of sitting easy, you should be good to go. 

Too much sofa spudding, however, can lead to deep leg pain and numbness due to poor circulation from lack of movement. 

Also if you’re torquing your head in a such a way to see the TV screen, you could end up with a neck pain and shoulder pain. 

If you snack a lot while languishing on the lounger, there’s the possibility of gaining weight, too. 

If you find yourself waking up in the morning, with a body pain and tiresome feelings and Your eyes need a massage from all the watching, and your mind and body needs to relax for your well being. 

(you’ve probably overstayed your welcome, and your poor couch is in dire need of a break from the sight and weight of your sorry ass pressing into it’s weary cushions). You got to know it’s a wake up call.

SO GET UP AND CARE FOR YOURSELF.

  1. WILL POWER : I know what you are thinking (Yeah right, whatever). But, You know what, YOU got to know that its the only abstract thing that’s gonna work. Moreover, when you see those protagonist fire working everything, jamming the villain. Don’t you think you have to do the same.
  2. MUSIC : Yes! Feel the music and dance. You don’t know but this thing works. You can jam in rock, hiphop, pop, blues or even r&b and chill and relax in an amazing way. From personal experience, it will lay off some heat and you will also have fun, ofcource not to forget you won’t be a couch…ouch anymore. Hahaaa right. I should have kept it underlined under Stress Management.
  3. STRETCH : When ever you feel like tiresome you need to stretch your limbs as in stretch your arms, legs. It will give move the tension in your muscles.

Well!!! Lastly concluding, being a couch potato is not a bad thing but too much is not good as well and if you are a couch  potato it does not mean you have to stay put on your feet every now and then. Things when workout calmly and nicely then definitely give it a try.
